Essentially, The Slubbers Arms is a traditional community pub with an excellent reputation for the quality of cask ale. We are seeking an operator who is passionate about cask ale and up keeping the traditions of a good pub. Although catering will not form a major part of the operation there is potential to grow this aspect of the business, therefore an interest in food is necessary.

Terms

To be let on a standard Timothy Taylor tenancy agreement the length of which is flexible. Tenancy agreements are non-assignable. All draught products are tied (with the exception of one guest ale) but tenants are free from tie for wines, spirits, minerals, and bottled ales/lagers.
